FREELANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between {{ providerDisplay }} ("the Provider") and {{ clientDisplay }} ("the Client"), who agree as follows:
1. Services. The Provider will provide the following services: {{ scopeDisplay }}
2. Timeline. The Provider will deliver the completed work by {{ deliveryDisplay }}. This Agreement includes {{ revisionsDisplay }} round(s) of revisions; further changes may be quoted separately.
3. Fee. The Client will pay the Provider a total fee of {{ feeDisplay }}. A deposit of {{ depositDisplay }} is payable before work begins. The balance is payable {{ paymentTermsDisplay }}.
4. Late payment. Overdue amounts may accrue interest at {{ lateFeeDisplay }}, and the Provider may pause work until payment is received.

6. Independent contractor. The Provider is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Client, and is responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
7. Cancellation. Either party may end this Agreement in writing. The Client will pay for all work completed up to that date, and any deposit is non-refundable.
