Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Badd Grammer Media ("we", "us") operates baddgrammermedia.com and a network of publications including Enos Tech, Tech Lifestyler, That's All Sport, Writey Write, Audio Projection, Super Fast Reviews, PC Gaming Pros, The Laptop Reviewer, and Vegan Taste Trek. For anything data-related, the person responsible is Ben Enos. Reach us at admin@baddgrammermedia.com.
2. What we collect, and why
We collect as little as we can get away with:
- Contact form details: your name, email, and message, used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent.
- Newsletter email: used only to send the newsletter you signed up for. Legal basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics data: anonymised usage statistics (pages visited, device type) to understand what people read. Only collected if you accept optional cookies. Legal basis: consent.
4. Affiliate links disclosure
Sites in our network use affiliate links, including Amazon Associates and other affiliate programmes. If you click one of these links and buy something, we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you.
This never affects our verdicts. Reviews say what we actually think, whether or not there's a commission on the other end. As Amazon Associates, we earn from qualifying purchases.
5. Who we share data with
Nobody, for money. We never sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics), each bound by GDPR-compliant agreements. Data may be processed outside the EEA/UK only with appropriate safeguards in place.
6. How long we keep it
Contact enquiries: up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: anonymised and retained in aggregate only.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these, email admin@baddgrammermedia.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, flag it on the site. We won't quietly move the goalposts.
